Shipping policy

We deliver everywhere in Oman from our studio in Muscat. Every piece is checked and packed by hand before it leaves us.

Delivery options

You choose your option at checkout, and the cost is shown before you pay.

When your order leaves us

Standard orders are packed and handed to our courier within 1–2 working days. Delivery times start from the day your order leaves the studio.

Muscat Express orders go out the same day. Orders placed after 7pm go out the next day.

Busy periods such as Eid, Mother's Day and the end of the year can add a day or two. If they do, we will tell you.

Tracking and contact

When your order ships, you get a confirmation by email. Our courier may call you on the phone number you gave at checkout to arrange the drop-off. Please make sure it is a number you answer.

Delivering outside Oman

At the moment we deliver within Oman only. If you're outside Oman, send us a message and we'll see what we can arrange.

Permanent jewellery

Welded pieces are made on you in the studio, so they are not delivered. Book a fitting to have one made.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within the time above, contact us within 24 hours on +968 7713 3168 or at customerservices@koonijewel.com. Please include your order number. If a parcel can't be delivered because the address or phone number is wrong, re-delivery may be charged.
